	Since 2001, the WESTERN COWBOYS are looking forward to give the Country Music in Austria a new kick. As one of the most booking Band in Austria, they have set many points to make the music popular in this country (Sampler "Best of Austrian Country Music", Festivals organisation). The Western Cowboys organize the Country Music Ship Tours with Luxus Liners (Mediterranean Sea). This events are one of the biggest Country actions in Austria (Live Music and Line Dance Show and Line Dance Award on board. Also the great song from the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band "An American Dream" is new recorded by the Western Cowboys and played in the radio stations in Austria, Germany and France. The CD Sampler "Best of Austrian Country Music Vol. 1", organized by Western Cowboys, is the best selling Countrymusic CD in Austria and has got an ACMF Award "CD of the Year 2002". The Western Cowboys country music live program is a very good mixed tour through all the genres with a great presentation. Also in the band "Leon Mc Paul", a pioneer of country music in Austria. He is playing with his son by the Western Cowboys band. So, the band has a good family touch and the show for the people is a good feeling of the spirit of "live" countrymusic.
